Impact Sockets 6 Point – Standard Reach – 6 Point impact sockets or female hex are the Industry standard configuration socket. The length of the socket is designed to drive a normal sized nut with a small amount of thread excess. The drive end or input side is female square drive. As the socket size increases, so does drive size to accommodate additional torque. All sockets offer relieved corners & and pin hole retainer options. Socket sizes are engraved for easy identification.

IN HEX IMPACT SOCKETS – HEX DRIVERS – In Hex impact drivers are available for driving Socket Head Cap Screws. The Inhex Impact drivers are perfect for loosening and re-torques of high tensile Unbrako socket head cap screws. The allen hex keys are available in Metric and Imperial. When working with larger size hex key applications we suggest using the high torque ring spanner tools and hex key See Video to reduce side loading at high torques.

HEX KEY We specialize in hire and supply of Hex key from 16mm up to 48mm to suit socket head cap screws or and hex bolts. Hex key can be driven via Impact Sockets or by Hex Cassette tools. In the larger hex key sizes we find driving them with a Hex Link tool works best to help stabilize side loading.
