Huck Rivet Guns - Standard & Offset
Available for both purchase and hire.
Huck Tools are available for the insulation of huck bolts. Hire Huck guns are powered by a Hydraulic double acting Huck pump. The pumps are preset to manufactures pressures offering simple operation. Huck bolts are commonly used in Rail & Mining. Applications include CPP Washeries screens Metso Minerals, Schenck, Ludowici FL Smidth ect. Strigger beams, wear plates, Eye beams, Reclaimer buckets, & carrier plates & railway tracks.
Huck insulation tools apply hydraulic stretch to Huck fasteners while crimping the collar. Huck bolts are popular for high vibration applications where the fastener needs to remain tight. Each model rivet has a pre determined shear point. For C50L rivets the process is performed by pressing the button on the tool. This stretches the huck bolt until the tail snaps off. When you release the button it automatically retracts the piston & turns the pump off. The principle is similar to how a hand Pop rivet tool works.
The tooling is normally supplied as a kit. Includes The Hydraulic Pump 240 volt, 7m hose and a Huck gun to suit. We also supply Huck bolts depending on type, size and current stock.

Hydraulic Pumps: Huck pumps are available in 240 volt or air driven. These double acting pumps are configured and ported specifically to run Huck tools. They use pre set pressures and automatically retract and shut off when the cycle is complete.
